The profile of Mr. Anuj Saraswat is as under:
Mr. Anuj Saraswat is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and is Practicing as a Company Secretary since nine years. He has served as Chairman of Hooghly Chapter of ICSI in the year 2021 and currently he is Secretary of Eastern India Regional Council of ICSI and Chairman of various committees of ICSI-EIRC. He is also a regular faculty and trainer in various platforms and has trained more than thousands of students till date. He is also a Law Graduate and has completed his Master’s in Business Policy & Corporate Governance. He has a zeal to learn and explore different avenues and for this reason he is also a GST Practitioner, Trademark Agent and has Qualified exams for Independent Director.
He is a Life Member of Association of Corporate Advisors & Executives (ACAE) and had been a member of its various sub-committees. He also runs an NGO in the name of Nek Karam Charitable Foundation which works for social welfare.
